1人暮らしを始めるとき頭を悩ませるのが料理について
今まで料理をしてこなかったからできない
なんだか難しそう
外食の方が手間はかからない
でもお金はあまり使いたくない
でも自炊ってそんなに難しく考える必要はありません
今回は1人暮らし１ヶ月目の食事をすべて自炊で過ごした自分がどうやって自炊すればいいか
自炊をするにあたっての心構えなどをお話していきます
1人暮らし１ヶ月目の食費
2022年の3月下旬から１人暮らしを始めたわけですが4月の食費は20,162円でした
1日あたり672円
1食あたり224円
でした！
少し贅沢をしたりお酒を飲んだ日もあったのでそういうのを我慢できれば1万円台まで削れてましたね
でもお金がすべてではないので
心の健康のためにもたまに贅沢するのも必要だなと考えています
ちなみにですが
１人暮らしの1ヶ月の平均の食費は約4万円
と言われています
1日3食として
1日あたり1333円
1食あたり444円
かなりの差ですね
自炊をすればこの半分で済みます
月2万円、年間で24万円変わる
様々な節約術が出回っている現在ですがここまで簡単に
しかも月万単位で費用が変わってくる節約は自炊以外にはなかなかありません
自炊をするだけで自由に使えるお金が24万円も増える
一種の副業と言っても過言ではないでしょう
なぜ自炊をしようと思ったか
自炊のメリットを一通り書いてみましたが自分は最初から自炊をするつもりでいました
先ほども述べたようにお金の面で苦労したくなかったこと
あとは健康面ですね
外食やコンビニだと栄養が偏ったり添加物の影響を少なからず受けたり
そういったリスクも考えられます
毎日を元気に過ごすためにもお金をためていくうえでも自炊は必要だと感じていました
難しく考える必要はない
でも料理って難しくない？
自分もそう考えていました
でもそんなに難しく考える必要はありません
米を炊くのは炊飯器で出来るし
肉焼いて魚焼いて野菜を切る
ただそれだけです
焼き肉の肉を焼きたくないって人そうそういないでしょう
自炊で肉を焼くのも同じです
焼き肉と同じ感覚で焼けば大丈夫です
味付けはタレ、塩コショウでおいしく食べることが出来ます
難しいことはしなくても大丈夫です
栄養はしっかり摂れるし美味しく食べられます
魚を焼くにしても今の電子レンジは便利なことにグリル機能がついているものがあります
それを買って魚を買って電子レンジに入れてしまえば魚も美味しく食べることが出来ます
レシピなどを見るとなんだか難しいなと感じたり時間がかかったりする
自分も最初は手の込んだものを作ってみようと意気込んでいたがすぐに諦めた
それでもしっかり栄養は取れているし美味しく食べることが出来ているので何一つ支障はない
1日の食生活と調理の流れ
自分は朝・昼・夜の1日3食とっている
巷では1日1食、1日2食というのが体に良いと主張する記事や本も出回っているが瘦せたいのではなく体重がなかなか増えずに困っている自分には向いていなかった
そうなんです
1日2食を試してみたことがあったのですがパフォーマンスガタ落ちでした
これは本当に個人差があるので1日1食や2食で調子が整う人もいるので一概にこれが正解とは言えないですね
ちなみに4月の自分は1食224円の生活だったので1日2食にしたと仮定すると6720円の節約になります
年間約8万円浮きます
自分の体に合わないので年間8万円よりも健康を取りますが
1日2食が合うという方はこういうことも頭の中に入れておくと役に立ちます
ある日の食生活を見ながらどういう流れで料理・食事をしているのか説明していく
朝食について
自分は決まってご飯と味噌汁だ
時々キャベツの千切りをつけてみたりする
米は前日の夜にタイマーをセットして1日分炊いておく
味噌汁は味の素を使えば簡単にできる
2分くらいで完成するのではないだろうか
食パンを焼くよりも早い
忙しい朝でもこれなら全く負担やストレスは生まれない
キャベツはスーパーで1玉買って千切りにしてタッパーに入れて冷蔵庫に常にストックしてある
切られた状態のものがスーパーにも置いてある
自分出来るかそちらを買うか。どちらがお得かは計算していないのでそこにもこだわる方は計算してみても良いだろう
昼食について
昼食は平日と休日で変わってくる
平日は朝に弁当を作っている
弁当のおかずは夜に作り置きしたものと冷凍食品を組み合わせている
周囲から結構褒めてもらえるので嬉しい限りだ
それが弁当を作るモチベーションにもなっている
弁当を作るだけで褒めてもらえる世界線があるとは驚きだ
1人暮らしをしなかったら気付かなかった
毎日お弁当を作っている主婦さんはもっと評価されるべきですね
休日はシンプルな工程で何かしらを作っている
肉を焼くか魚を焼くか
この二択なので
全く迷うことはない
人間は1日に決断できる回数が決まっている
決断回数が多くなることでやがてストレスにつながってくる
と言われている
こういう話を聞いたことをある人も多いのではないでしょか
そういった意味ではシンプルな料理を作り続けていくというのはストレスの軽減にもつながってくるのかもしれない
夕食について
夕食は基本2食分作る
その日に食べる分と翌日の昼または夜に食べる分
翌日の夜に食べる分を作った場合翌日の夜は夕食を作る手間が省ける
こうすることで時間も確保することが出来るし1食において食べ過ぎてしまう
ということも少なくなる
2食分作ると言っても魚を1匹レンジに入れるか2匹レンジに入れるか
肉の焼く量を1食分にするか2食分にするか
だけの違いなのでかかる手間としては1食分作るのと大差はない
だいたい10分程度で作ることが出来る
まとめ ～自炊は難しくない！明日から始めてみよう～
以上が自炊について
手の込んだものを作ろうと思えばどこまでも出来る
逆に手を抜こうと思えばどこまでも抜くことが出来る
手を込ませようとするから難しく感じるのであってまずは焼き肉感覚で肉を焼く
ちょっと野菜を切ってみる
小学生でもできる
栄養も摂れる
外食の待ち時間より短い時間で完成し、外食よりも安く済む。
外食よりも栄養が整っている
難しく考えず簡単なところから始めてみると良い
