なかなか心の余裕を持つことが出来なかったり1日がしんどく感じたり
そういうのを解決するための手段の1つが朝の時間に日記を書くということだ
自分自身、2022年の1月に入ってから朝に日記を書く習慣をつけている
今回は日記を書くことによる効果をお話していきたい
準備するもの
日記を書くにあたって準備するものは当たり前のことではあるが日記帳とペンである
自分は博文館さんの3年日記を使っている
1年日記や3年日記、5年日記10年日記とあるがどれを選んでもかまわない
続けられるか不安なのであればまずは1年日記から始めれば良いし絶対日記を書き続けられる自信があるのなら10年日記を最初から買っても良いだろう

次にペン選びだ
シャーペンや鉛筆、ボールペンなどを使って書けば良いが少し高価なものを選ぶことで毎日のモチベーションにもなるし書き続けようと思えるきっかけにもなる
自分はシャーペンでも鉛筆でもボールペンでもなくPILOTさんの万年筆を使っている
少し値段は高く、手入れも必要ではあるがそれを上回る書き心地の良さが魅力だ

朝起きて1番に10分ほどかけて書いていこう

朝の時間を使って書くことになるので通勤や通学のギリギリの時間に起きていては日記を書くことができない。
いつもより少し早く起きることが必要だ

早起きしたいけどなかなか起きられない。という方にも朝日記を書くことはおすすめだ
2.心の安定につながる
日記には自分の思いを素直に書き出すことができる
やってみれば分かるが溜め込んでいた重苦しい気持ちを言葉に書き出すだけで心はかなり落ち着く
また、前向きなことを書くことで明るい気持ちにもなれる
心身ともに健康に過ごしていく
この「心」の健康につながっていく
3.今日やるべきことが明確になる
1日の始まりに日記を書くことで今の心情や今日やりたいこと、昨日を振り返ったうえで今日はこうしたい
朝は1日の中で最も集中力が高い時間であるためそういうものがどんどん出てくる
人間、準備をする。というのは大切なことだ
朝に日記を書くことで1日「準備」というものが整う
何をしようかと常に頭を巡らせながら1日を過ごすのと今日はこれとこれをやる
余裕があればこれもやる。こういう場所に行く
そういったものが決まっている上で1日を過ごすのではパフォーマンスや気分は雲泥の差になる
何を書けばいいの？
日記を書く上で悩む問題にもなってくるであろう何を書けばいいのか？
これは本当に自由でいい
今日やりたいこと、将来やってみたいこと、行ってみたい場所、昨日学んだことなどなど
思い思いに書いていけばよい
上手く文章が書けなくても誰かに見られることはないのでそんなに不安になることはない
自分の素直な思いや考えをどんどん書いていけばそれで良い
朝の時間ということで集中力も高く意外とたくさん書きたいことが出てくるものだ
そして必ずやっておいてほしいことが1つだけある
最後は前向きな言葉で締める
これだけは必ず守ってほしい
1日を前向きで明るい気分で過ごすために
素敵な1日を過ごすために
最後は前向きな言葉で終わらせる
自分の思いや書き起こしたものは頭に刷り込まれていく
前向きな言葉を書いていれば前向きな気持ちになれる
その逆も然りだ
なので最後は必ず前向きな言葉で締めてほしい
