自分が専門学校時代どんな流れで１日を過ごしていたか
アルバイトは？勉強時間は確保できるか
など鍼灸専門学校に入るとどういう日々を送ることになるのかについてお話していきます
１日の流れ
自分は午後から授業を受けるスケジュールだったので午前中にアルバイト、午後から授業という流れでした
なので朝から結構忙しい状態でしたが夜は比較的ゆっくりと過ごしていました
起床・支度
起床は朝の5時40分
朝のバイトの宿命
絶対に早起きしなければならない
寝坊は厳禁
自分は結構得意な方だったのでそんなに苦にはならなかったです
ただ授業中めちゃくちゃ眠くなってました
朝食はご飯と味噌汁
母が朝苦手だったこともあり自分で作っていました
3分あれば作れるので忙しい朝でも簡単にできるし栄養もバッチリ
のちに1人暮らしになってからもこのスキルはめちゃくちゃ活きています
朝食を食べ終わるのがだいたい朝の6時
ここからアルバイトの準備をして6時半に家を出発
アルバイト
家から原付で15分ほどの場所でアルバイトをしていました
何をしていたかというと
コメダ珈琲
シフトの融通の効きやすさ、人間関係、お店の雰囲気など
かなりの居心地の良さもあり
専門学校入学時から3年の11月までずっとこの場所で働いていました
朝7時、窓から差し込む朝日を感じながら勤務開始！
モーニングの時間帯からかなりの忙しさ
平日は1時間で10組～15組ほどのお客さんが来られます
のんびりしたお店の雰囲気の中まあまあ忙しそうに働いていました
昼食＆学校の準備
アルバイトは基本的に11時まで
それが終わると一時帰宅
11時半頃に家に着きます
そこから昼食を済ませ一息
眠気覚ましのコーヒー☕
授業中の眠気対策のために始めたコーヒーも気付けばめちゃくちゃ好きになってました
当時はBOSSと金の微糖がお気に入りでした
一息ついたら12時50分頃学校に出発
家からだいたい20分ほど
学校到着、授業
授業開始15分前には学校に着くようにしていました
プリントの整理や前回までの復習、授業に向けての気持ちの切り替え
万全の状態で授業を受けるためにも準備というものがとても重要です
13時半から1時間目の授業開始！
この時間が1番眠たい
時に40分ほど寝てしまうことも
寝た分は家に帰ってからしっかり取り返していました
授業中寝てしまった場合は家でしっかりやることですね
15時に1時間目の授業が終了
15時10分から2時間目スタート！
眠気もある程度覚めていい感じに集中できます
16時40分鍼灸師科の授業終了
スポーツトレーナーコースも取っていたので16時50分からそちらの授業へ
トレーナーについての学習
テーピングや評価法、栄養学など鍼灸とはまた違った内容を学んでいきます
18時20分授業終了
家に帰ります
帰宅と同時に自由時間
だいたい18時50分頃に帰宅
高校時代は20時20分頃の帰宅だったので専門学校入学当初は夢のような生活でした
夜にゆっくりできる幸せ
プロ野球中継を見ながら夕食
プロ野球が21時くらいに終わるのでそこから30分ほど勉強
その日にやった範囲を教科書でチェック
普段は30分ほど
1年生の時はゼロの日もたくさんあった
お風呂を済ませ23時までには就寝
朝早いバイトをしていたので寝るのも早い
1日の流れはこんな感じでした
勉強時間はどう確保する？
アルバイトのある日はあまり勉強時間は確保できていませんでした
1日だいたい30分ほど
なので考え方としてはその30分を無駄にしないこと
バイトがない日の朝、土日にしっかり時間を確保すること
これが大切です
平日と休日で、バイトのある日とない日で1日の流れは結構変わってくるので
1日〇時間という目標の立て方よりも
1週間で〇時間という目標の立て方の方が適しています
ちなみに自分は1週間で10時間程度を目安にやってました
休養日も必要です
それを週に2日
残りの5日で10時間
1日2時間といった具合です
これは自分に合った時間で良いと思いますが1週間で5時間が最低ラインかなと思います
負担の大きい1年生の間からこれが出来ると3年生になってからはかなり楽です
夏休みは存在する？
夏休み、冬休み、春休みは存在しますが学校によって大きく異なります
大学ほどはありません
夏休みは4日、冬休みは5日、春休みは3週間ほどでした
春休み以外は社会人とほぼ変わらない
1日2コマだけである分、休みもそんなに長くはないのが特徴です

アルバイトを朝に入れるか夜に入れるかでも1日の流れは大きく変わってきます
